The bond between mother and son
is the most intimate and subtle emotion
in human relationships.
It is deeper than friendship,
purer than desire,
and more persistent than ordinary affection.
A mother’s love can nourish a child’s soul,

For a sensitive and thoughtful boy,
the love from his mother
