neither…nor…：【既不……也不……】
所属词性：并列连词（并列关联连词，固定否定搭配）
核心功能：同时否定前后两个并列成分，表示两者都不，前后两者全部排除。
一、基本用法：连接并列成分
可连接名词、代词、动词、短语或分句，表达两者全部否定的含义。
1. Neither pen nor book is mine.
【这支笔和这本书，都不是我的。】
2. Neither you nor I am wrong.
【你没有错，我也没有错。】
二、主谓一致核心规则：就近原则
当 neither…nor…连接两个并列主语时，谓语动词的单复数形式，
严格依照离它更近的后面主语而定。
1. Neither you nor he likes playing basketball.
【你不喜欢打篮球，他也不喜欢打篮球。】
2. Neither he nor you are late for school.
【他上学没有迟到，你也没有迟到。】
三、连接其他并列成分
除主语外，也可连接宾语、谓语、形容词等并列否定结构。
1. I will neither watch TV nor do games on the phone.
【我既不看电视，也不玩手机游戏。】
2. She neither sings nor dances in her free time.
【她空闲的时候，既不唱歌，也不跳舞。】
核心使用禁忌与注意事项：
1. 必须严格遵守就近原则
谓语单复数只看nor后面紧挨的主语，不看前面的主语。
正确：
Neither you nor he is careless.
【你不马虎，他也不马虎。】
错误：
Neither you nor he are careless. ❌
【错误：没有跟随就近主语he使用单数谓语】
2. 前后连接成分结构必须对称
neither 和 nor 后面的词语词性、句式结构要保持一致。
正确：
He neither eats snacks nor drinks juice.（两个动词短语并列）
不推荐：
He neither eats snacks nor he drinks juice.（结构不对称）
3. 本身自带否定含义，句子不能再加not / no
本词组本身就是完全否定，一句话里不可以重复使用否定词。
错误：
Neither you nor I am not right. ❌
【错误：双重否定，句式混乱】
正确：
Neither you nor I am wrong.
【你和我都没错。】
4. 和易混连词区分
either…or…：要么……要么……【二选一，肯定选择】
neither…nor…：既不……也不……【全否定，两者都不】

neither 除了作为本连词搭配，
还可单独作代词、副词，表示“两者都不、也不【否定句】”。
一、neither 单独作代词
含义：两者都不【只能指代2个人/事物，三者及以上用none】
结构：Neither of + 名词复数 / 代词复数
例1：Neither of the two pens works.
【这两支笔都不能用。】
例2：Neither of us knows the answer.
【我们两个人都不知道答案。】
二、neither 单独作副词
含义：也不用于否定句后，承接上文否定内容，句子要用倒装结构。
例1：I don’t like math. Neither does he.
我不喜欢数学。他也不喜欢。
例2：She can’t swim. Neither can I.
她不会游泳。我也不会。
